The AITECH guide-rail hydraulic lifting platform is a vertical goods transportation solution designed for moving cargo between floors in factories, warehouses, workshops and logistics centers. Built on a heavy-duty steel guide-rail tower and driven by a hydraulic system, it delivers smooth, stable lifting with large platform capacity and a long service life. Compared with a traction freight elevator, it requires no machine room, needs only a shallow pit (or no pit at all), and offers a much lower cost for low-to-medium rise buildings. Every unit is engineered to your exact shaft size, lifting height and load requirement.
Key Components
Every critical component is selected and manufactured for continuous industrial duty:
- Pump station – one-piece molded steel pump station with reliable hydraulic power pack; long-term use without degradation
- Platform surface – one-piece checkered (patterned) steel plate, 3–5 mm thick, wear-resistant and non-slip
- Hydraulic cylinders – solid cylinders with multiple internal seals; each cylinder comes with a quality inspection certificate
- Plate lifting chain – multi-layer high-strength alloy steel plates riveted together; high tensile strength, no sudden failure
- Guide rails – high-strength rectangular tubing with excellent straightness and rigidity for smooth vertical travel
- Control system – PLC-based control with pre-wired, labeled harness; simple installation and easy troubleshooting
